A little bit about Lee

Lee has been involved in Martial Arts from an early age. He holds a first degree black belt and EKGB Coaching Badge in his original art, Karate, and has extensive experience in coaching children, having coached from local club level all the way through to National events. Lee began training and competing in Judo seven years ago and undertook his BJA level One Coaching Award in 2014.

In 2017, Lee competed and achieved his 1st Dan (Black Belt).

Why I love what I do

It was a great honour to be asked by Grant and Danny to be a part of the Kangei Judo Club Coaching Staff. I have taken a great deal of pride in watching an idea become a reality as our club swiftly grew beyond our wildest expectations. I believe that the friendly, family focused atmosphere of the club has made the sport of Judo accessible to children of all backgrounds and abilities. As we continue into our second year I can see only further success in the future, built on the solid foundation of the hard work of our players and the commitment of their parents and carers.
